How to Join our Club!

Visitors are welcome at our monthly Club meetings. Come and see what we're all about if you think you'd like to join the Club.

According to the rules of the national organization, being a member of the parent Pontiac Oakland Club International (POCI) is a prerequisite to joining any Regional Chapter like ours. National membership in POCI costs $35 per year and brings you monthly editions of Smoke Signals, a full color glossy magazine containing information about regional and national events, restoration articles, and a large Classified section. This is a great reference if you are searching for rare restoration parts, literature, or a complete car.

The easiest way to join the National organization is to visit the website at and pay by credit card or Paypal. You could also send a paper check for $35 made out to P.O.C.I. and a note with the year and model of your classic Pontiac(s) to:

P.O.Box 68
Maple Plain, MN 55359

Membership in our local chapter costs only $20 per year and gets you the monthly mailing of our hard copy newsletter Coastline, containing information of local Club activities, interesting items from a variety of automotive publications past and present, plus cars and parts for sale and wanted.

Our meetings...

We invite Pontiac owners of all vintages and models to check out our Club. You are very welcome to come and visit any of our monthly meetings, and decide if you want to join as a Member. Driving your classic Pontiac to our Club meetings is optional ;-)

We meet on the third Wednesday of every month at 7:00 PM at the facilities of Jay Buick-GMC, a new car dealer at 18800 Rockside Road, Bedford, Ohio, 44146. Jay Buick-GMC is located just east of the intersection of Rockside and Broadway, and just a few minutes west of the Rockside Road exit off I-271.

Once in a very long while we will have a special off-site meeting which I would hope to document in advance on this Website. It's a pretty safe bet that we will be meeting at Jay. If you have any questions about where we are going to meet in any given month, please click here to email Tony Webster for information.

Meetings will typically include a Treasurer's report, discussion of upcoming activities, and a 50/50 raffle. In recent months we have had a "Car of the Month", where a member gives a short presentation of their classic Pontiac; how they acquired it, restoration related events, and so forth. Cars and parts for sale or wanted are welcome for mention.
